Head of ULV systems (старший инженер-проектировщик систем безопасности)

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the ULV technical team, overseeing installation, maintenance, and operations of all ULV systems;
• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance plans;
• Design the new requirements related ULV systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, Access Control);
• Plan and coordinate the layout of networking and low-voltage systems within facilities;
• Collaborate with electrical, security, and IT teams for installation and commissioning;
• Define and monitor system availability KPIs;
• Prepare regular reports on performance, incidents, and resolutions;
• Ensure optimal functionality of CCTV, Fire Alarm, PA, and Access Control systems at all times;
• Evaluate and upgrade system architecture in coordination with IT/network teams;
• Utilize AutoCAD to review and produce technical drawings and system layouts;
• Maintain documentation, compliance, and lifecycle tracking for all ULV assets;
• Serve as the technical focal point for internal teams, contractors, and third-party vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ULV systems and infrastructure
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams or projects
• Strong understanding of IP networks, communication protocols (TCP/IP, SNMP, etc.)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation tools
• Experience with system availability reporting and root cause analysis
• Solid knowledge of industry standards (e.g., NFPA, EN, ISO)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, NICET, PMP) would be an advantage
• Experience in critical infrastructure (aviation, transport hubs, large scale industrial objects) would be an advantage
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) would be an advantage
