DEVXED — a stable product IT company with 8+ years on the market and a team of 80+ professionals — is looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Customer Support Specialist for our U.S.-based e-commerce project.
What You’ll Do:
- Support customers via email, live chat, and (optionally) phone;
- Work with modern IT tools and platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc.;
- Reach clear and achievable goals. We use transparent metrics like the number and speed of replies, customer satisfaction score;
- Join our in-house Support School with training & mentorship;
- Grow and develop within a scaling company and a strong team.
What We’re Looking For:
- English level B1+;
- Willingness to work on a 2/2 schedule:
- 3 PM – 3 AM in summer
- 4 PM – 4 AM in winter (U.S. time zone);
- Part-time or flexible hours are possible, which is comfortable for combining with studies if you're a student;
- Remote work option available after the probation period;
- Ability to stay calm and professional in challenging conversations.
