Responsibilities:
- Manage employee benefits such as insurance, meals, etc.: coordinate with vendors, monitor payments, support budgeting and cost forecasting;
- Administer employee personal accounts in the 1C system: conduct user training, initiate and implement system improvements in collaboration with vendors and developers;
- Monitor compliance with the vacation schedule, prepare monthly analytical reports, and assist employees with vacation planning and arrangements;
- Forecast, budget, and analyze personnel-related expenses in the area of employee benefits;
- Lead and coordinate the corporate charity program.
We are looking:
- Has a good command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) and is comfortable using it in daily work;
- Possesses strong analytical skills;
- Is an advanced Excel user;
- Has solid PowerPoint skills;
- Can effectively manage a large number of tasks simultaneously;
- Communicates clearly and professionally in Russian;
- Has a keen eye for detail.
- Currently enrolled in a full-time university program (bachelor’s or master’s degree);
- Available to work 35-40 hours per week
