Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee benefits such as insurance, meals, etc.: coordinate with vendors, monitor payments, support budgeting and cost forecasting;
  • Administer employee personal accounts in the 1C system: conduct user training, initiate and implement system improvements in collaboration with vendors and developers;
  • Monitor compliance with the vacation schedule, prepare monthly analytical reports, and assist employees with vacation planning and arrangements;
  • Forecast, budget, and analyze personnel-related expenses in the area of employee benefits;
  • Lead and coordinate the corporate charity program.

We are looking:

  • Has a good command of English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher) and is comfortable using it in daily work;
  • Possesses strong analytical skills;
  • Is an advanced Excel user;
  • Has solid PowerPoint skills;
  • Can effectively manage a large number of tasks simultaneously;
  • Communicates clearly and professionally in Russian;
  • Has a keen eye for detail.
  • Currently enrolled in a full-time university program (bachelor’s or master’s degree);
  • Available to work 35-40 hours per week
