We are the recruitment agency Match, and we are currently seeking a Team Leader for the VIP Department for a large-scale project in Nigeria with a fast-growing company.

Due to team expansion, the company is looking for a talented and ambitious candidate for the position.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute departmental plans, scale team structures, and goals;

• Cultivate excellent long-term relationships with new and existing clients of the company;

• Constant introduction of innovations to increase the LTV of clients within the company;

• Optimize team communication with clients (calls, chats);

• Develop your own team from scratch;

• Search for new opportunities and implement relevant ideas to improve departmental operations.

Our ideal candidate:

• Proficiency in English and Russian at a high level;

• Experience in a call center or customer support role;

• Experience as a team leader/supervisor/ of a team with 15+ members;

• Possesses high stress tolerance, can handle difficult clients, and demonstrates high empathy and understanding of client psychology;

• Willing to relocate to Nigeria after completing training.

Your advantages:

• Experience as a department head or group leader for at least 1 year;

• Experience in organizing the work of the department;

• Sales experience of at least 2 years.
