Who we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced Head of HR who:

Has hands-on experience in international recruitment, especially in non-technical roles (sales, logistics, operations, etc.)

Can build an HR system from scratch, including policies and organizational structure

Understands the specifics of remote work in a multicultural environment

Possesses strategic thinking and is ready to take full responsibility for the HR direction
Key Responsibilities
Development and implementation of HR policies
-
Hiring, onboarding, remote work, time-off and compensation policies
-
Considering legal and cultural specifics of Spain, Latin America, and Germany
International recruitment

Coordination of hiring for both in-office and remote roles
-
Focus on non-technical profiles (sales, marketing, operations)

Building an effective recruitment funnel and choosing appropriate sourcing channels
Organizational structure development

Mapping roles, areas of responsibility, and seniority levels

Creating career paths and job descriptions
Non-financial motivation systems
-
Employee engagement, company values, team culture, recognition, gamification

Launching internal initiatives to support team spirit
Employee performance and development

Implementation of OKR / KPI systems

Organizing performance reviews
-
Designing training and development plans
Recruitment team management

Setting goals, overseeing deadlines, and ensuring hiring quality

Mentoring Junior and Senior Recruiters
✅ What we expect

3+ years of experience as HRD / HRBP / Head of HR
-
Proven experience in international hiring (non-tech roles preferred)

English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher

Strong organizational skills, systems thinking, and a proactive mindset

Experience in a dynamic business environment or startup is a plus
