Responsibilities:
Payments
- Daily processing of incoming payments in SAP
- Preparation of outgoing payments to non-residents and posting in SAP
Currency control
- Verification and approval of contracts with non-residents
- Registration of contracts for currency control, provision of currency control documents to banks

Monthly reconciliation of currency control
Reporting
- Preparation of quarterly reports on movement of funds in foreign accounts to Federal Tax Service
- Notification of Federal Tax Service on closure/opening of banks accounts abroad
Other
- Monthly closing & reconciliation of financial accounts in SAP
- Preparation accounts reports for regular audits
- Adjustment and improvement of treasury process accounting in SAP through writing technical requests
- Support of salary and corporate cards projects in banks
- Updating banks cards with signature samples and annual information in banks
- Opening accounts in banks of Russian Federation and abroad
Requirements:
- SAP (obligatory)
- Internet banking ( several systems, main - Raiffeisenabank, ING)
- MS Office
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Chart of accounts
- English intermediate
