Russian family office looks for an investment analyst to work on different private equity investments in Russia and across the globe

Responsibilities:

• Deep investment analysis of different private Russian and international companies;
• Market research;
• Business valuation and financial modeling;
• Preparation of investment memorandums and presentations;
• Coordination of the third-party consultants during the valuation and DD engagements;
• Helping senior colleagues at deals' structuring and closing.

Requirements:

• Higher education from a leading economic or financial university;
• 3+ years of relevant experience in investment analysis at family offices, private equity funds or asset management companies; previous experience at leading consulting companies (corporate finance, business valuation divisions) would be a good advantage;
• Excellent knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, business valuation and financial modeling;
• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
