As Fundraising Executive, you will play a key role in supporting ZOOD’s fundraising efforts, working closely with the CEO, CIO and executive team. You will manage communications with investors, assist in the preparation of high-quality fundraising materials, participate in different events, and coordinate processes related to capital raising, due diligence, and investor relations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of investment processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Owner, CIO and CEO in all fundraising-related activities
• Coordinate and schedule meetings with investors, venture capital and private equity funds, and strategic partners (domestic and international)
• Prepare, adapt, and update investment materials, including pitch decks, executive summaries, and briefing notes
• Maintain and update the investor CRM/database, track conversations and action points, and ensure timely follow-ups
• Draft and manage professional correspondence with potential investors, advisors, and stakeholders in both English and Russian
• Collect, organize, and manage documentation required for transactions, signatures, and due diligence processes
• Prepare short analytical notes on prospective investors, deal structures, or markets when needed
• Provide administrative and organizational support throughout the deal process (excluding legal and financial modeling)
• Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timely execution in all communications and deliverables
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in fundraising, investor relations, investment banking, or venture capital
• Solid understanding of fundraising cycles, investor due diligence, and deal execution processes
• Strong project management skills: ability to track progress, follow up, and ensure completion of tasks independently
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1 or above) and Russian
• Outstanding business writing and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, International Relations, or a related field
