We are looking for an experienced RF Expert to join our team for upcoming telecom projects across the CIS region. This role involves designing, optimizing, and maintaining wireless networks (2G/3G/4G/5G) to deliver high-quality coverage and performance. The position requires readiness for frequent business trips to different countries within the CIS.
Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and optimize radio networks to ensure reliable coverage and service quality.

Conduct frequency and capacity planning, interference analysis, and KPI monitoring.

Support the rollout and integration of LTE and 5G technologies.

Perform drive tests, analyze results, and recommend improvements.

Work with cross-functional teams (Core, Transmission, and Field Engineers).

Provide on-site expertise in CIS project locations as required.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in RF planning and optimization.

Hands-on expertise in GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G technologies.

Proficiency in RF planning tools (Atoll, Planet, Mentum, MapInfo).

Experience with drive test and optimization tools (TEMS, Nemo).

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Able to communicate in English and Russian.

Willingness to travel frequently within CIS countries.
