Tech Lead

Main tasks:

• Design the tech architecture and roadmap for developing it

• Build a reliable accounting practice and document processing pipeline (ingestion, validation, data extraction, entries) utilising HitL and ML

• Design and build integrations with government and fintech services

• Develop a strong engineering team

Requirements:

• Strong skills in:

  • Postgres, Clickhouse or analogues

  • AWS

  • JavaScript / Python

  • Docker

• Previous experience of

  • work as a Team Lead (min 3 years)

  • Fintech / document processing / OCR pipelines

  • White-label solutions

  • Startups

  • Government/fintech API integrations

• English B2+
