About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Booking Agent and Customer Support Representative to join our team and manage short-term rental properties in the Boston area through Airbnb and similar platforms. This role offers part-time work with full-time potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring and managing multiple property listings on Airbnb and other platforms
- Frequent pricing and availability updates.
- Сommunication with guests in fluent colloquial English primarily in writing (98%), with occasional phone interactions (2%)
- Responding promptly to guest inquiries, booking requests and complaints
- Communication and coordination with local team members (maintenance, cleaning) – primarily in
Russian
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written); strong listening comprehension skills. Russian on the native level
- Previous experience in customer support or client relations is preferred
- Ability to handle occasional phone conversations confidently
- Flexible schedule. Availability during US East Coast hours would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
