Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Partner in all secretarial and administrative matters in day-to-day routine.
  • Arranging external and internal meetings, conference-calls and Microsoft Teams-calls.
  • Assisting in arranging business trips and taxis in internal KPMG systems and providing support on the related issues to other staff, assisting with team-trips.
  • Preparing and organizing timely transfer of documents to Finance department and keeping an electronic documents register.
  • Assisting in department events organization.
  • Providing back-up to other Department Assistants to ensure the stability and continuity of the service.

Requirements:

  • Completed higher education.
  • Upper-Intermediate English (both oral and written), literate Russian.
  • Administrative experience from 2 years.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).
  • Telephone and business etiquette competence.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective time-management skills, ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Readiness to work overtimes.
