Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and commissioning of equipment and systems at client sites.
- Support the delivery and implementation of services to ensure they meet client specifications and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients during and after the delivery process.
- Work closely with the project management and technical teams to coordinate service delivery activities.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation reports, service tickets, and client feedback.
- Participate in site visits and client meetings to assess needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn and apply industry standards and best practices in service delivery.
- Provide technical support for commercial solution solutions, project delivery, and maintenance services, such as commercial solution support, customer consultation and presentation, handling of major technical problems, and handling of major accidents.
- Develop major change solutions, implement change operations according to the process and change operation regulations, strictly implement the "three approvals" requirements, and ensure that the change implementation quality meets the requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Understanding of network systems, telecommunications, or related technologies.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Strong analytical skills and Goal-oriented/customer-focused team player.
- Demonstrate proactive initiatives and accurate working style.
- Business fluent English and Russian (Chinese will be preferable).
- Able to travel based on business requirements.
