Golden Goose is a global CPA platform specializing in mobile traffic monetization. We connect advertisers and affiliate teams worldwide, building a powerful marketing ecosystem.

Our advanced mVAS platform delivers high-precision tracking, analytics, and built-in anti-fraud. We offer flexible CPA and RevShare models for scaling across 20+ countries.

We're looking for a talented and driven Business Development Manager to attract new strategic advertiser partners, create exclusive offers, explore new verticals and GEOs, with a clear path to grow into a Lead BDM role.

What you'll do:

  • Grow our client base by sourcing, acquiring, and onboarding new advertisers globally
  • Champion and sell our platform value to advertisers.
  • Drive business development by identifying and pursuing new verticals, GEOs, and growth opportunities.
  • Launch new offers by building a pipeline of exclusive, high-margin offers on our platform.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay on top of trends and understand what delivers results.
  • Actively attend industry conferences to expand your professional network.

We're a perfect match if you have:

Required Hard Skills:

  • Fluent English (C1 level preferred) for seamless daily client communication.
  • Proven experience in CPA/Affiliate networks, the affiliate business, or AdTech.
  • Strong knowledge of pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA, CPL, etc.) and their applications.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with advertisers.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics and advertiser engagement.

Required Soft Skills:

  • Proactive, with a natural leadership ability to guide and partner with clients.
  • Capable of deep-diving into complex subject matter.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset—you find creative solutions when standard approaches fail.
