Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via phone, messengers, email, and CRM (all in English)

Work only with inbound leads — no cold calls

Help clients choose the right furniture package, explain conditions and delivery times

Provide expert selection of furniture, lighting, decor, and accessories, offering complete solutions

Create clear and attractive presentations to help clients visualize their future home

Prepare invoices and commercial offers

Focus on upselling and increasing the average check with additional items and upgrades

Manage deals and payments in CRM (Bitrix24)

Collaborate with our design team on custom projects
Requirements
-
Excellent English (spoken and written) at C1–C2 level
-
Experience in sales of furniture, interior solutions, or home products (lighting, decor, textiles, kitchen accessories, home appliances) — from 6 months

Ability to sell your own expertise and build trusting relationships so that clients follow your recommendations

Experience working with CRM (6+ months, Bitrix24 is a plus)

Skills in upselling, consultative sales, and handling objections

Attentiveness, openness, and a genuine desire to help people create a cozy home
