Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for an active and results-oriented Call Operator with knowledge of Hindi to work in Russia.
Responsibilities:

Receiving and processing incoming calls from clients in Hindi.

Providing consultations on the company's services and products.

Maintaining basic records in a CRM system.

Transferring information to relevant departments when necessary.

Adhering to communication standards and corporate ethics.
Requirements:

Fluency in Hindi (oral and written).

Basic knowledge of Russian or English.

Strong communication skills and stress resilience.

Confident PC user.

Prior call center experience is a bonus but not required.
