We’re looking for a Senior Electron Developer to join a project focused on maintaining and improving an existing Electron-based desktop app — including working with some legacy code and helping plan a migration to a modern, more scalable solution.

What’s the role about:

6-month contract with a possibility to go full-time

Fully remote, but you’ll need to be available during US (EST) business hours

Collaborate with a small, skilled team focused on improving app stability, speed, and long-term maintainability

Work on both existing functionality and new architecture/migration plans
What we’re looking for:

Solid experience with Electron and desktop app development

Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js background

Good understanding of app signing, builds, and deployment

Strong communication skills — verbal English proficiency is a must

Experience handling legacy codebases and implementing modernization strategies
