Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in Cyprus.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company objectives.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Lead performance evaluation and employee development initiatives.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with finance teams.
- Drive engagement and retention programs to support a positive workplace culture.
- Provide HR reports and analytics to senior management for strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR roles, with proven experience abroad and in Cyprus.
- In-depth knowledge of Cypriot labor laws and employment regulations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in English and Russian (Greek is an advantage).
