We are looking for a Business Travel Specialist to coordinate operational processes and ensure the smooth running of administrative functions. The focus of this role is managing business travel, vendor relations, and supporting process automation initiatives.

As a Business Travel Coordinator, you will:

  • Coordinate operational processes (business travel, taxi, courier, archive).

  • Manage documentation and archiving processes.

  • Maintain and update the company travel policy.

  • Participate in automation projects for administrative and travel processes.

  • Collaborate with vendors and partners (hotels, travel agencies, etc.).

  • Monitor data accuracy, reporting, and compliance with travel procedures.

  • Prepare statistics and analytics on travel expenses.

  • Support the implementation of new tools and systems for travel management.
