The Role

We're looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our rapidly growing team. This is a hands-on role where you'll support the full employee lifecycle whilst working closely with our HRD to build and refine HR processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership, and wants to grow alongside a company that's scaling quickly.

What You'll Do

Recruitment: Manage job postings, screen candidates, source talent, coordinate interviews, and provide market insights to hiring managers.

Onboarding: Handle employment documentation and guide new hires through their first weeks to ensure smooth integration into the team.

People Operations: Maintain employee records and organisational structures, administer holidays, and keep all HR data current and accessible.

Employee Support: Act as first point of contact for HR queries, provide guidance on basic processes, and escalate complex issues to HRD with proper tracking.

HR Projects: Support culture initiatives, employee surveys, internal events, and help implement new HR processes across the company.

What We're Looking For

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or people operations
  • Native Russian speaker with confident English (written and verbal)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with HR systems, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Proactive mindset with ability to work independently
  • Genuine interest in creating positive employee experiences

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a startup or high-growth technology environment
  • Familiarity with remote team operations
  • Understanding of different employment structures and regulations
