Requirements:
• Strong academic background and completed BA degree (preferably from HSE, NES, MSU or MGIMO)
• 4-5 years of experience in M&A / Corporate Finance / Strategy Consulting / etc.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in financial modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with minimal supervision
Functional responsibilities:
• Oversee and drive the full transaction lifecycle
• Take ownership of financial modeling and valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, precedent transactions, etc.)
• Prepare and oversee the creation of investment materials, including teasers, information memoranda, and marketing presentations
• Lead and coordinate due diligence, engaging with clients, legal advisors, and other counterparties
• Supervise and mentor Senior Analysts and Analysts, ensuring the quality and accuracy of their work
• Actively contribute to business development efforts, including deal origination, market research, and maintaining client relationships
