An international IT company is looking for an Affiliate Manager. You will be surrounded by experienced professionals who will gladly share their knowledge with you.
The company’s main goal is to develop new and support existing high-load projects for major clients (including globally recognized companies), most of which are B2B solutions.
Responsibilities:

Managing and developing partner relationships (cold sales)

Developing and implementing strategies to improve partner performance

Analyzing and preparing reports on partner performance metrics

Collaborating with internal teams to optimize campaigns
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in affiliate management or sales management

Strong negotiation and communication skills
-
Ability to build and maintain partner relationships
-
Knowledge of the local market trends (French-speaking Africa)

Understanding of key sales methodologies

Experience in social media development or willingness to learn

English level B2 or above

French level B2 or above
Conditions:

Remote or Moscow office (Pervovo metro station)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour workday
