Senior Process Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to support the engineering and design phases of a major pipeline project.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and review process design documentation: PFDs, P&IDs, data sheets, and calculations

• Perform hydraulic calculations, pipeline capacity assessments, and process simulations

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and industry codes

• Provide technical input for pipeline routing, flow assurance, and operational optimization

• Support HAZOP/HAZID studies and other process safety reviews

• Coordinate with engineering disciplines, contractors, and project stakeholders

• Provide technical support during procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering

• 7+ years of process engineering experience: in pipeline or oil & gas projects

• Strong knowledge of industry standards (API, ASME, ISO) and process engineering tools

• Experience with process simulation software (e.g., HYSYS, Pipesim, OLGA is a plus)

• Solid understanding of process safety and regulatory requirements

• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
