The company is scaling fast and expanding its internal recruitment team with a top-tier Talent Acquisition Manager. We’re looking for a seasoned headhunter who can secure candidates for some of the most unique and demanding roles in tech. This role is for someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment, enjoys bold and ambitious projects, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on.
Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (C++, Python, DevOps, Trading Ops, Quant).

Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.

Build and own talent pipelines: headhunting, sourcing, events, referrals, and managing external agencies.

Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and handle offer negotiations and onboarding.

Improve recruiting operations: ATS processes, candidate experience, and hiring analytics.

Help build a scalable recruiting infrastructure and internal playbook.

Represent the company externally with professionalism and authenticity in a competitive market.
Required Skills & Experience

3–6 years of technical recruiting experience; HFT hiring experience is a major advantage.

Extreme ownership mindset: proactive, intolerant of inefficiency, and driven to improve speed and quality.

Proven success in sourcing and closing technical talent, especially in low-latency and trading-related fields.

Strong stakeholder management skills with engineering and business leaders; able to disagree constructively and lead conversations with confidence.

Structured and detail-oriented.

Excellent communicator: clear, concise, pragmatic.

Fluent English is a must.
