Our client is a leading high-frequency trading (HFT) firm operating in the crypto markets, located in Dubai, UAE.

The company is scaling fast and expanding its internal recruitment team with a top-tier Talent Acquisition Manager. We’re looking for a seasoned headhunter who can secure candidates for some of the most unique and demanding roles in tech. This role is for someone who thrives in a high-velocity environment, enjoys bold and ambitious projects, and isn’t afraid to get hands-on.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles (C++, Python, DevOps, Trading Ops, Quant).

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.

  • Build and own talent pipelines: headhunting, sourcing, events, referrals, and managing external agencies.

  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and handle offer negotiations and onboarding.

  • Improve recruiting operations: ATS processes, candidate experience, and hiring analytics.

  • Help build a scalable recruiting infrastructure and internal playbook.

  • Represent the company externally with professionalism and authenticity in a competitive market.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of technical recruiting experience; HFT hiring experience is a major advantage.

  • Extreme ownership mindset: proactive, intolerant of inefficiency, and driven to improve speed and quality.

  • Proven success in sourcing and closing technical talent, especially in low-latency and trading-related fields.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with engineering and business leaders; able to disagree constructively and lead conversations with confidence.

  • Structured and detail-oriented.

  • Excellent communicator: clear, concise, pragmatic.

  • Fluent English is a must.

  • Bonus: Experience recruiting in Dubai.
