Partner Success Specialist (AI Agents Platform)

Hi! We are Aspirity Solution, a development studio that has been building web and mobile applications, no-code solutions, and AI agents for over 10 years.

We are now looking for a Partner Success Specialist — a role at the intersection of development, implementation, and partner support. You will work with teams that create and operate e-agents built on our proprietary platform.

• Create and configure behavior scenarios for e-agents used by partners

• Describe logic and workflows using a custom Jinja-like templating language

• Work with an event-driven execution model (events → reactions → states)

• Design prompt chains and structured answer generation

• Investigate technical questions, edge cases, and unexpected agent behavior

• Analyze logs and diagnose issues with e-agent execution

• Help partners refine scenarios and improve e-agent architecture

• Train partner teams on how to use the platform

• Escalate complex bugs and feature requests to the engineering team

• Contribute to documentation, guides, and internal best practices

• Participate in releases of new platform features

• 1+ year of hands-on Python experience (scripts, backend, automation — any relevant direction)

• Experience in prompt engineering: complex prompts, structured data, answer templates

• Experience with AI agents, LLM integrations, or building multi-step chains
  (classification, structured responses, conditional prompting, etc.)

• Proficiency with Git and branching workflows

• English level B2 or above (documentation + partner communication)

• Strong independence, attention to logic, and ability to deliver tasks end-to-end

• Experience creating agents in VAPI, Synthflow, Dify, LangChain Agents, or similar frameworks

• Troubleshooting LLM models and diagnosing incorrect agent behavior

• Knowledge of Jinja, Markdown, YAML

• Experience with event-driven architecture

• Participation in real AI/ML solution deployments for businesses

• Work with a proprietary e-agent architecture (not open-source, not a standard LLM framework)

• Close collaboration with product and engineering teams
