Responsibilities:

Handling and converting incoming leads

Conducting sales consultations with clients on company setup, compliance, and related business services

Actively generating new leads through independent outreach, networking, and business development activities

Following up with prospects and closing deals

Maintaining accurate CRM records
Requirements:

Mandatory experience in business consulting (UAE company setup, bank account opening, compliance) — candidates without this experience will not be considered!!!

Proven experience in sales within consulting or professional services

Strong understanding of UAE company formation processes, compliance requirements, and banking procedures

Ability to independently consult clients, assess their needs, and propose suitable solutions

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
-
Proactive, result-driven mindset with strong ownership of results
Salary: AED 10,000 basic + 4% KPI
