About the Position
We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement brand specializing in premium health supplement products selling across the United States.
We're looking for an experienced Google Ads Account Manager to take full ownership of our paid search and shopping campaigns. You'll work closely with our marketing team to drive profitable customer acquisition, optimize our funnels, and scale what's working.
This isn't a set-it-and-forget-it role. You'll be expected to actively manage, test, and improve performance on a weekly basis.
What You'll Do

Build, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube

Own Google Merchant Center setup, feed optimization, and troubleshooting

Develop and execute paid search strategies aligned with our funnel structure (cold traffic, retargeting, brand defense)

Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis

Monitor performance daily and provide actionable insights on spend efficiency, ROAS, and CAC

A/B test ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting

Collaborate with our creative and copywriting team on ad messaging

Stay current with Google's evolving features, algorithm changes, and best practices
Requirements

Proficient in English (written and verbal) – clear communication is essential

Minimum 3 years of hands-on Google Ads experience, specifically in e-commerce

Proven track record managing $50k+/month in ad spend

Deep expertise in Google Shopping campaigns and Performance Max

Strong working knowledge of Google Merchant Center
(feed management, diagnostics, policy compliance) -
Experience with conversion tracking setup via Google Tag Manager and GA4

Familiarity with supplement, health, or wellness advertising (including policy restrictions) is a strong plus

Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics into strategic decisions

Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
