Recruiter - Affiliate/CPA net/Nutra

Our Group is a top-rank direct sales company in South-East Asia, we are in Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, India and Malaysia with a global team of over 1500 people. We create and sell beauty-related and pharmaceutical products via our E-commerce platform channels.

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist who has strong candidate networks and experience in recruiting profiles for the Affiliate Marketing field.

You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover RU/UA speaking talents, build a strong employment brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.

This position report directly to: Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibility:

• To excel as Talent Acquisition Leader, we expect you to be experienced in full-cycle recruiting and employment branding. You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company.
• Work with CMO and Regional TA to determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans, sourcing strategies to close the current hiring needs on timely manner as well as anticipate future needs
• Build up talent pipeline/community for Marketing with RU/UA speakers
• Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (sourcing, screening to offering and onboarding)
• Conduct from time-to-time market search on salary, benefits to propose reasonable and attractive benefits packages to attract talents
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Assist in employee retention and development
• Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.

• Requirements and skills:

• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
• Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
• Having a wide range of RU/UA candidate speakers’ networks in Affiliate Marketing
• Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
• Excellent communicator and a team player
• Familiar with building up benefits packages to attract talent
