Mission:
Prove market demand, define US-ready positioning, and build an end-to-end go-to-market and marketing engine — from customer discovery and offer validation to CRM, funnel, first deals, and scalable lead generation.
Proven experience launching B2B products or services in the USA market is required — covering the full cycle from CustDev and offer definition to CRM setup, funnel design, first closed deals, and a repeatable lead engine.
Core Expertise
- US B2B market entry and go-to-market strategy
- ICP definition and buying committee mapping
- Problem discovery through CustDev and JTBD interviews
- Value proposition and product positioning tailored for the US market
- Education-led demand generation (content, webinars, guides)
- CRM and customer lifecycle architecture (HubSpot / Zoho / GA4)
- Funnel design: Lead → MQL → SQL → Deal
- Sales enablement and pre-education of prospects
- Unit economics: CAC, ACV, sales cycle, payback period
- Experience in regulated and complex markets (immigration, finance, compliance)
- Cross-functional leadership across Product, Sales, Legal, and Operations teams
Experience & Requirements
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products or services in the US market
- English proficiency at C1 level (or strong B2 with extensive hands-on experience working with US audiences)
