Travel Marketing Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Marketing:

• Responsible for all the content creation and development (visual and copyright) of European and Americas internal and external marketing, engagement initiatives as well as distribution and management of all internal channels.

• Design digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, one-pagers, presentations, roll-ups, and trade show visuals.

• Create corporate and product videos for marketing and sales use (social media, presentations, websites, trade shows).

• Edit short-form videos using appropriate tools (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent). Adapt video content for different platforms and audience

Sales Support

• Provide marketing support to European MICE and Leisure Sales teams, including sales presentations, proposals, newsletters, and promotional assets.

• Collaborate closely with sales stakeholders to align marketing output with commercial priorities.

• Support campaigns linked to trade shows, roadshows, client events, and product launches.

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Proven experience in a marketing, communications, or creative role (corporate or agency).

• Strong hands-on experience with Mailchimp (campaigns, analytics, workflows).

• Solid copywriting skills in English (additional languages are a plus).

• Advanced user of Canva; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Basic to intermediate video creation and editing skills.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.

• Comfortable working with international teams and multiple stakeholders.

• Fluent English is required; additional languages are a plus.
