AI Video Content Creator (Instagram Growth)

We are looking for a creative and self-driven AI video creator to build and grow our Instagram channel from scratch. Your main job will be to create short, engaging videos using AI tools, turn ideas into viral-style content, and help grow followers organically. You’ll handle the full process—from concept, script, and visuals to editing, captions, and posting.

Responsibilities:

• Create short-form Instagram Reels using AI tools (video, voice, avatars, images).
• Come up with content ideas based on trends, niches, and audience behavior.
• Edit videos, add captions, hooks, and music optimized for engagement.
• Post consistently and test different formats to improve reach and growth.
• Track performance (views, saves, shares, follows) and adjust content strategy.
• Consistent posting (3–7 Reels per week).
• Steady growth in followers and engagement within the first 60–90 days.
• High-retention, shareable content.

Requirements:

• Experience with AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, HeyGen, CapCut, Midjourney, etc.).
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, trends, and viral hooks.
• Basic storytelling, copywriting, and visual design skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
