We are looking for Sales Director for famous international company (electronics)

Responsibilities:

  • Get Russian market insight: current situation, trends, forecasts;
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive market share growth and profitability across all business channels .
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
  • Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive company success.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with long-term strategic goals that support growth and profitability commitments.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company at industry events, fostering brand recognition and cultivating new opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in consumer electronics.

  • Strong references and reputation as a top performer, teammate, and industry expert.

  • Strong track record of driving revenue & sales growth.

  • Skilled in developing and managing customer relationships.

  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, multicultural sales teams & effective collaboration in cross-functional environments.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.

  • Fluent English
