Responsibilities:
- Get Russian market insight: current situation, trends, forecasts;
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive market share growth and profitability across all business channels .
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve performance objectives.
- Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor to drive company success.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with long-term strategic goals that support growth and profitability commitments.
- Serve as an ambassador for the company at industry events, fostering brand recognition and cultivating new opportunities.
Requirements:

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in consumer electronics.

Strong references and reputation as a top performer, teammate, and industry expert.

Strong track record of driving revenue & sales growth.

Skilled in developing and managing customer relationships.

Demonstrated success in leading high-performing, multicultural sales teams & effective collaboration in cross-functional environments.
