We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the Company Owner to work directly with the owner and his family. The role does not involve working within a large team and requires a high level of independence and trust. The position is primarily focused on organizing international travel, scheduling and personal support for the owner and his family.

Responsibilities:- Organization of business and personal travel for the owner and his family (mostly international)-up to 80% of tasks- Calendar and schedule management- Organization of meetings, negotiations and appointments- Business correspondence in English- Research and information search upon request- Resolution of personal and household matters- Minimal document flow and administrative support

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Business Assistant- Fluent English (spoken and written)- Completed higher education- Ability to work independently when the owner is abroad- High level of organization, multitasking skills- Availability outside standard working hours, including weekends- Strong problem-solving skills- Excellent written and verbal communication

Conditions:- Office work 5/2, 10:30–18:30 when the owner is in the office (approx. 8 months per year)- Hybrid or remote work during the remaining period- Mandatory availability from 09:00, including weekends- Comfortable office within walking distance from Udelnaya metro station- Salary 100 000 RUB net during probation period (3 months), up to 150,000 RUB net after probation
