We are hiring a hands-on Data Analyst to join a small analytics team. The role requires broad technical ownership and the ability to work end-to-end in a low-bureaucracy environment.
Responsibilities
- Write, review, and optimize complex SQL queries.
- Use Python for data analysis, automation, and working with APIs.
- Work with and reason about data pipelines (data ingestion, transformations, reliability).
- Build and maintain BI dashboards and reports for product and operational metrics.
- Translate business questions into clear metrics, definitions, and visualizations.
- Take ownership of analytical tasks from problem definition to final output.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering in an iterative setup.
- Communicate progress, risks, and results clearly and proactively.
- Provide and accept direct, actionable feedback.
Requirements

Strong SQL skills (writing and reading non-trivial queries).

Good Python proficiency (data processing, integrations, basic engineering tasks).

Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Superset, Holistics).

Understanding of metric design and data visualization best practices.

Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals (ETL/ELT, data quality, pipeline behavior).

4+ years of experience in data analytics or a related role.

Comfortable working independently and making technical decisions.

Able to operate in a fast feedback loop with minimal hand-holding.
