Business Development Manager (China Desk)

Mission:
To become the operational backbone of the China Desk, ensuring flawless support and effective communication with Chinese clients in Russia, and to develop into a future expert in working with key Chinese clients.

Обязанности:

• Processing incoming requests from Chinese clients in Chinese and Russian (email, chats, calls). Organizing meetings and calls for the team.
• Preparing commercial proposals, presentations, and contracts on both languages.
• Searching for and conducting preliminary analysis of potential Chinese clients on the Russian market.
• Maintaining and updating client records in the CRM system.
• Translating business documentation and correspondence. Assisting company management during negotiations as an interpreter and assistant.
• Supporting clients during the initial stages of projects, assisting with operational issue resolution.
• Assisting in the adaptation of marketing materials for the Chinese audience and supporting Chinese social media pages (e.g., WeChat).
• Representing the company at industry events and in relevant associations.

Требования:

• Native or native-level proficiency in Chinese.
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (B2/C1) level – a critical requirement.
• Understanding of the fundamentals of doing business in Russia. Previous work experience or an internship in a Russian company is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, Linguistics, or International Relations).
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork ability, and a service-oriented mindset.
