We are inviting a Head of School to join the team at Moscow campus of Heritage International School. This campus was successfully launched in September 2020. Currently, the school educates over 200 children. The academic and operational staff of the campus comprises more than 70 people.
Your Role:
As the School Director, you will play a key role in implementing the educational program, shaping the educational community in the region, adapting and optimizing the educational product, developing the teaching team, and, of course, ensuring an inspiring, warm, and open educational environment for our students.

An experienced leader with a deep understanding of the principles for shaping an educational environment, a wealth of knowledge, personal "case studies," achievements, and insights.
A professional with a vision and a perspective on education as a service, who is also creative and open to innovation.
Experience in the international education system will be a significant advantage.
Responsibilities:

Leading the school.

Ensuring the school's educational activities comply with the requirements of educational legislation.

Participating in the formation of the school's long-term development strategy.

Planning and ensuring the educational process, developing teaching, methodological, and other documentation related to organizing and conducting educational activities.

Creating class schedules, monitoring lessons, analyzing academic results.

Maintaining the school's educational quality standards.

Managing and developing the academic team (participating in recruitment, onboarding, regular interaction, monitoring and evaluating work, training and development).

Planning and coordinating school events (internal and external).

Communicating with parents and students on strategic and tactical issues of the educational and upbringing process.
Requirements:

Higher education (pedagogical or in educational management will be a significant advantage).

At least 5 years of management experience in an educational institution.

Knowledge of legislative requirements in the field of education.

Confident PC user and proficient in modern technological tools in education.

English language proficiency not lower than Upper Intermediate (manages English-speaking specialists).

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, proficient oral and written speech, experience in public speaking.
