Join Visa Tier as a Sales Executive (High-Ticket Closer) and work with international clients on complex, high-value cases. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our UK office, with the support and resources needed to perform at a high level.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead Zoom meetings with high-value prospects, handle objections, and close B2C high-ticket deals.
  • Manage the sales process from lead engagement to contract signing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, ensuring a professional experience.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize pipelines and share insights for better results.
  • Record all interactions and follow-ups in the CRM to maintain accuracy and support client success.
Requirements:
  • 5–6 years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing high-ticket deals.
  • Extensive experience closing remotely and managing the full sales process from lead to contract.
  • Background in international companies selling B2C services.
  • Strong deal-closing and presentation skills, confident in managing VIP clients.
  • Fluent English; knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Mandarin, and African languages, is a plus.
  • Highly professional, ambitious, and target-driven, thriving in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Benefits & Compensation:
  • Basic salary: $1,500 plus 15% per deal (average $4,500 per closed deal) switching to commission-based after 6 months.
  • Monthly target: 4 deals, with 20% enhanced commission for exceeding KPIs.
