Main responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and support onsite Digital Workplace, ensuring high‑quality hardware, software, and network support across the site(s).

Oversee daily IT operations (LAN, devices, servers, telecom) aligned with Group strategy

Resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely incident resolution as the escalation point

Deploy, maintain, and support local IT infrastructure (PCs, printers, servers, telephony)

Manage resources, workloads, and vendor relationships to meet SLAs and cost targets

Supervise troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment

Support global BC Digital projects, particularly in manufacturing

Deliver end‑user support, training, and solutions within SLO timeframes

Collaborate with teams to ensure security and privacy
-
Stay updated on industry trends and improve digital workplace processes
Requirements

Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Technology, Engineering, or equivalent

Experience: 1–4 years in IT, preferably in an international company

Technical Skills: Proficiency in BC Group’s IT infrastructure (LAN/Wi‑Fi, clients, virtualized servers, VOIP) and endpoint management tools (e.g., ManageEngine)

Languages: Fluent Russian; English (B1/B2 Pre-intermediate/intermediate)

Key Skills: Ability to turn complex concepts into actionable strategies, lead IT teams, and build trusted relationships

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, collaboration, and change management; self‑driven, able to work under pressure
