Обязанности:
- Implement local Marketing strategy aligned with country and regional business strategies.
- Key role in set up of 5 years marketing plan, based on 5 years business plan.
- Develop and agree on the marketing budget within the established time frame and manage it throughout the year.
- Ensures monitoring and analysis of pending legislation and regulations that may impact the company’s operations and alerts superior.
- Monthly report on the marketing work carried out by the department for the HQ.
- Studies and analyses the main trends in the pesticide market of the Russian Federation, CIS countries. Provides recommendations on the directions of development of the company's assortment.
- Plans and takes a direct part in the selection, systematization and analysis of information about products produced by competing firms in the pesticide market in the Russian Federation.
- Participates in the discussion of plans for promising drugs, requirements for new products, analyzes test results and draws up applications for the development of new productsэ
- Organizes all work related to demonstration tests of products and controls the process and quality of testing in Russia.
- Prepares presentations on products and
- develops recommendations for positioning new products on the market.
- Take part, speaks at seminars, field days and other special events to promote the company's products.
- Prepare a list of products for DEMO testing and coordinates their delivery to test sites together with the logistics department and the commercial department.
- Coordinates the activity of employees of the marketing department in the regions with the directors of the regions.
- Develop and enhance relationships with State Authorities.
- The Employee shall also fulfill and act on oral and/or written assignments, tasks, instructions and orders of her immediate supervisors, other competent officials, and authorized representatives of the Employer, if necessitated by business requirements and, therefore, deemed to be production assignments.
Требования:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Agronomy, or Business.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing (agriculture sector preferred).
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Strong knowledge of Russian agro-market and rural customer base.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Russian and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within Russia and in the regions.
- The ability to persuade, convince, influence and impress others.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Identifying and building up relationships: developing healthy relationships; encouraging and motivating staff and develop them.
- Building up relationships of trust and recognition with office employees.
- Reviews his own managerial style regularly and draws conclusions.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of staff, representatives of external offices and government agencies.
