Probation period: 2–3 months
Responsibilities:

Lead the region and the team

Launch and oversee local payment solutions

Implement quality standards and KPIs

Execute strategy, marketing initiatives, and develop partnerships

Conduct market analysis and identify growth opportunities
Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in management roles or launching new regions

Understanding of payment systems, BI analytics, and marketing tools

Strong leadership skills and strategic thinking

English B2+ (mandatory), Russian B2+, Arabic C1
Relocation:

to relocate to Serbia or Cyprus within 3–6 months
