Private Family Position — English-Speaking Tutor / Governess
A private family is seeking a highly professional English-speaking tutor / governess for two girls of 7 and 6 y.o.
Location: Moscow
Schedule: 30-day rotation (live-in position)
The ideal candidate will create a fully English-speaking environment for the children and support their academic and intellectual development while maintaining a warm and positive atmosphere in the home.
Key responsibilities include:
— communicating with the children exclusively in English throughout the day
— assisting with homework and supporting their academic progress
— accompanying the children to and from school and extracurricular activities
— organizing engaging educational activities, games, and creative learning in English
— occasional travel with the family
— fostering curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning
Childcare duties are minimal, as the girls are independent and well-behaved.
We are looking for a candidate who:
— is a native or near-native English speaker
— has experience working with children, ideally within private families or educational settings
— is warm, intelligent, well-organized, and able to build a natural connection with children
— presents themselves in a professional and discreet manner
