Job Objective:
Fully responsible for the business development and management of Russian channels (like: M.Video), ensure the achievement of sales targets, support new product launches, and coordinate internal and external resources to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel Relationship Development & Maintenance: Maintain and develop local distribution channels Negotiate annual cooperation terms and promotional resources.
Market Strategy & Sales Support: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and sell-in/sell-out targets. Analyze sales data and market trends to provide recommendations for business optimisation.
Internal & External Coordination: Coordinate inventory management and replenishment plans. Communicate with departments such as Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth channel operations.
Competitive Monitoring & Business Improvement: Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to headquarters. Conduct regular KPI reviews and follow up on the achievement of performance goals.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above. Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
5+ years of experience in Key Account management within the consumer electronics industry. priority will be given to candidates with direct contact experience with local channels such as M.Video.
Familiar with local market rules and business culture, with strong data analysis and business negotiation capabilities.
Result-oriented, with excellent cross-cultural communication skills and pressure resistance, able to adapt to business trips
