We are currently looking for a Publisher Acquisition Manager to scale our supply side and drive revenue growth.
💼 What you’ll do
— Find and onboard new publishers (with a strong focus on international markets)
— Identify potential partners, reach out, and build relationships
— Negotiate terms and close deals
— Lead integrations and launch monetization
— Maintain basic communication with onboarded partners
— Analyze market trends, competitors, and new traffic sources
💡 This role is primarily focused on new partner acquisition (hunter role)
🎯 What we’re looking for
— 1+ year of experience in Publisher Acquisition / Affiliate / Partner Management
(we are open to candidates with 6+ months of relevant experience)
— Understanding of traffic monetization and digital ecosystem
— Knowledge of CPM / CPC / CPA models
— Strong negotiation and closing skills
— Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
— English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher
