Accountant specialist

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and processing of primary accounting documentation such as invoices, Acts of acceptance, bills, etc.
• Entering data into the accounting program and checking its correctness
• Reporting and Analysis on Accountant Job
• Participate in inventories and audits to validate accounting information
• Preparation of documents for tax reporting
• Organization and maintenance of the procedure in the accounting documentation
• Support of communication with counterparties, banks and other structures on issues related to financial activities of the organization
• Responsible for daily management of bank accounts to ensure the accuracy of transaction records.
• Manage the issuing and cashing of checks, record bank accounts in a timely manner.
• Prepare cash flow statements and monitor daily fund status.
• Assist in handling bank reconciliation affairs to ensure that the accounts are clear.
• Implement the company's internal control process to prevent the loss of funds.
• Report cash and bank deposits to department manager regularly.
• Responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of financial department training plans.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, accounting or related.
• Experience: 1~3 years of cashier or related work experience or outstanding fresh graduates.
• Language: proficient in the local language, need to have good English or Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
• Skills: Good organization and communication skills.
• Computer skills: proficient in MS Office software and financial related computer systems.
