Main responsibilities:
- Maintain chart of accounts in accounting system
- Report to external/Internal audits with the support of the Share Service Center (SSC)
- Correspond and negotiate with doubtful accounts, and discuss resolution with internal stakeholders
- Support on Accounts Receivables debt recovery
- Prepare the cash forecast template with cooperation with HQ
- Balance sheet reconciliation of KL CH accounts
- Payment runs review and approval
- Support the preparation of Corporate Income Tax return and calculation based on provided deadlines by Tax department together with external tax provider
- Prepare monthly / quarterly VAT returns for KL CH, DE, Canada
- Support annual Tax Pack preparation together with the Tax Team
- Fill-in the cash forecast template and liaise with HQ for the review
- Collect and manage Withholding Tax documents and clearance with local authorities
- Contract approval as local finance

Statistics collection on sales of goods and services in CH and abroad
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and tax-related aspects
- Good knowledge of Excel, as well as previous experience using accounting, expense, and procure-to-pay systems
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm to develop further skills and experience in accounting and running office facilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to engage easily and professionally with other employee
