What You Will Do
- Identify and approach new clients in target industries.
- Build and grow your own client portfolio.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Schedule and conduct meetings (online and offline).
- Follow up with leads and convert them into active clients.
- Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding of candidates.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in sales, recruitment, or account management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to quickly understand client needs.
- Experience with manual labor sectors (logistics, production, etc.) is a strong plus.
- Self-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- English is required. Dutch or Eastern European languages are a plus.
