Responsibilities:

  • dentify, attract, and onboard new partners by effectively presenting company offerings
  • Manage partner registration processes and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners
  • Monitor partner performance and provide ongoing support to maximize results
  • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve strategic objectives and market growth
  • Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, affiliate marketing, or partner management (mandatory)
  • Strong ability to attract, negotiate with, and retain partners
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics, platforms, and customer behavior
  • Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • High level of discipline, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Demonstrated commitment, responsibility, and strong work ethic

Language Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Portuguese (preferably African dialects, e.g., Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde)
