Responsibilities:
- full executive responsibility for global product management across 4 brands;
- overseeing strategic direction and operational excellence across Russian markets;
- leading a team of 15+ members;
- aligning product development strategies with global corporate objectives;
- managing a product portfolio of 300+ SKUs, overseeing lifecycle management, NPI, and rationalization based on data-driven market insights;
- defining and executing 4 category strategies, driving innovation, market differentiation, and profitable growth;
- directing go-to-market and expansion strategies;
- ensuring quality, compliance, and cost efficiency;
- developing and implementing pricing strategies;
- delivering insight-led product innovation by leveraging deep market research and consumer understanding to guide development priorities;
- improving category profitability through financial performance analysis and implementing corrective actions aligned with key business KPIs;
- driving seamless cross-functional collaboration across sales, brand, R&D, finance, and operations to ensure end-to-end alignment and strategic execution.
