We execute large-scale EPC, EPCM, EPSS and EP projects in the oil and gas refining and petrochemical sectors.
Обязанности:

Significant leadership experience in large-scale projects;

Taking critical technological decisions for the projects;
-
Developing and maintaining fully functional Technological sub division;
-
Developing a team from “0” for key projects;
-
Developing inhouse unique technological solutions and approach;
-
Arranging internal method integrated system for project lifecycle 3D - DCC - Engineering - Procurement;

Projects leadership at all stages: from FEED / Pre‑FEED to Commissioning (including Author Supervision, expert reviews);
-
Interacting with licensors, Russian Design Institutes, customers and contractors.
Требования:
-
EPC projects management experience in the oil & gas refining, petrochemical or gas chemical industry (from FEED to Commissioning);

Engineering management experience as Function Manager;

Team development from “0”;
-
Technological expertise: FEED, technological solutions management, HAZOP, SIL, Value Engineering;
-
Work experience with foreign licensors;
-
English – B2 minimum.
