Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily reservation operations;
  • Handle hotel, transfer, restaurant, guide, and supplier reservation processes;
  • Supervise, organize, and monitor the reservation team’s workflow and performance;
  • Control and manage FIT, Group, MICE, and VIP reservation operations;
  • Ensure accurate preparation of confirmations, vouchers, rooming lists, and operational files;
  • Manage overbookings, cancellations, no-shows, and operational crises effectively;
  • Follow up on contract terms, allotments, and release periods;
  • Negotiate rates and availability with suppliers and hotel partners;
  • Ensure efficient use of reservation systems and ERP/CRM platforms;
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports;
  • Coordinate closely with Sales and Operations departments;
  • Maintain high service standards and customer satisfaction;
  • Monitor operational costs and profitability;
  • Research and develop new suppliers and business partners;
  • Organize internal training and development for reservation staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in DMC, tour operator, or hospitality industry;
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience in reservation operations;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Russian;
  • Spanish language knowledge is considered an advantage;
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems;
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks;
  • Strong leadership and team management skills;
  • Detail-oriented and result-driven mindset;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Technical Skills:

  • Samo Incoming;
  • CRM / ERP systems;
  • Advanced Excel reporting and operational management.

Conditions:

  • Work schedule 5/2 from 10:00-18:00, rare duties on Saturdays;
  • Office in the city center (38B Oybek street);
  • Lunch at the expense of the company;
  • Wages are discussed individually.
